Physical Therapy

Each session is 60-90 minutes of undistracted time with your physical therapist.

You can expect each session to include personalized exercise prescription and practice, hands on treatment when necessary, and time spent educating you on continued habit changes you need to make to prolong the benefits of PT.

We don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, overlapping sessions, or passing you off to an aid, tech, or assistant during your session.

We find our clients reach results faster and for longer due to the time we are able to fully focus on them each session.

Wellness and Exercise Programming

Client-driven health care is the future, and we believe that you know when you don't feel yourself and need a tune up.

This option might be best for you if you are not currently in pain, but you would like to prevent it.

Also if you are aware of chronic conditions or repeated past injuries that put you at a higher risk of reinjuring yourself, these sessions can be helpful.

We offer these services in-person and virtually.

Return to Sport/Work Training

We are dedicated to helping you enjoy your life; whether it be returning to a specific hobby, activity, sport, or skill.

Expert analysis of your movement during specific activities (such as running, lifting, spiking the ball) helps us to educate you on the cause of your recurring injury during this activity and how to return to sport/work without fear of reinjury.

The environment we practice in matters. Simulating activity in a clinic only helps so much. Want us to meet you at the golf course? pickleball court? local track or running trail? the marina? Let's do it!
