Body Mechanics Training

Many aches and pains can be reduced by changing how you perform daily activities. We will teach you how to make relatable changes to your daily habits to stop pain and prevent it from returning.

Dry Needling

We use solid filament needles (like acupuncture needles) to improve blood flow, increase flexibility, reduce trigger points (muscle knots), decrease swelling, break up scar tissue, create a more efficient muscle contraction, gain range of motion, and so much more.

We also offer dry needling pop-up events - see below for details.

Taping

We use therapeutic tape to reduce pain, decrease swelling, provide stability, heal bruises, alleviate pain, activate muscle contraction, inhibit muscle contraction, improve flexibility, promote healthy posture, and so much more.

Hands-on Treatment

We use hands-on skills when diagnosing, treating, and educating you about your body. We believe that hands on treatment helps to speed up recovery by reducing pain quicker, increasing healing blood flow to the region, decreasing excessive swelling, and making physical changes to the targeted tissue.

Mobile Sessions

We help you create time and space for your physical health by providing our treatment in the comfort of your home, office, gym or other location of your choosing.

Return to FUN

We personalize your care based on a collaboration between you and your Doctor of Physical Therapy. We value your input when determining the results we will work to achieve during your care. We believe life can be fun at any age so help us help you.

Do you take insurance?

Elevated PT accepts Medicare insurance as a participating provider.

Elevated PT is considered self-pay for those with any other insurance. This means we do not have a contract with any non-Medicare insurance. You will pay all service fees personally, similar to paying a massage therapist, gym membership, personal trainer, etc.   If your insurance plan has out-of-network coverage, we can provide you with a super bill upon request. You can submit this to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Elevated PT does not guarantee full or any reimbursement from your insurance for treatments provided.

Why is Elevated PT mostly a personally paid business?

We believe your treatment should be a collaboration between YOU and YOUR THERAPIST. We do not want a third party with different motivations and intentions to dictate your treatment. Using this model of business, we are able to provide hands-on, non-distracted care. We believe this level of care accelerates your recovery and return to fun.

Traditionally clinicians see 2-4 patients per hour and your time spent with the actual DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) is limited due to insurance companies reimbursing less than what is billed. We know higher quality healthcare can be provided.

Our fees are completely transparent which means you will never get “surprise” bills months after treatment is completed. (We've seen and experienced this before).

Is it more expensive to receive treatment through Elevated PT compared to another clinic that accepts my insurance?

A traditional plan of care for physical therapy is 2-3x/week for 8-16 weeks. If you have a high deductible insurance plan that hasn't been met; even if you are receiving physical therapy through a clinic that is "in-network" with your insurance, you will still be required to pay the full session fee until you meet your deductible.

We will typically schedule your plan of care for 1-2x/wk for 6-12 weeks. This decreased frequency of sessions can save you money in the long run. And, our service fees are approximately half what you will be charged through a traditional hospital-owned physical therapy clinic.

We provide higher quality healthcare using hands-on, non-distracted treatment. We believe this level of care accelerates your recovery and return to fun.

Is there a discount for referring a family member or friend?

Yes! The best referrals are word-of-mouth referrals and we appreciate you sharing your experience with your friends and family. When you send someone our way, your friend will receive $25 off their visit and so will you!

Can I still see you if I am outside of your radius?

Yes! We do have a small fee based on distance outside of our radius. Contact us for more information.

What is a dry needling pop-up event?

Schedule us to come to your office for little extra TLC for your employees, to your house for your group of friends, or a club meeting spot. This is an opportunity for us to be able to provide our services to multiple people at a single location. Our initial session with each client is for 45 minutes, then each session following the initial session will be 30 minutes. Additional time may be added for an additional fee at your request, if you would like multiple regions treated. We offer a 10% discount for 5-9 booked clients, 20% for 10-14 booked clients, and 30% for 15+ booked clients. This comes with a home exercise program.
